SUMMER TRAINING: Training runs vary during the summer. Although Hi-Vis isn’t essential, you still need to make sure you can be seen. Look out for important announcements on the Facebook page or here regarding suitable clothing for training. Sometimes we run in places that can become ‘overgrown’ so keep this in mind!
Traditionally our ‘effort’ night! Whether it be speed work or hills, your LiRF will get you there and back safely.
Remember; efforts are personal to you. Your effort is not the same as the person running next to you. A rest between efforts is a must to make the effort, well, an effort!
Usually our ‘group run’ night. As the club has bloomed, we separate into 4 or 5 groups. The same route is generally run with different distances offered.
