Trail Running

For those of you that like to get off the beaten track there is an informal trail running group. We usually meet on Sunday and the run can be anything from 3 miles to 15 miles. Coastal, woodland, hills, mud… trail is trail after all! There is no pressure on speed or even covering the whole distance. Some might go off ahead a little but the emphasis is on regrouping and having a good time.

There is a Facebook group that you can request to join. It’s not only for Striders, friends are welcome too!
